Growing up... growing pains...Mom's

Before her major decision to release the long hair she wanted to make it pretty for herself.

After her cut she was so happy with her decision...I on the other hand will miss being able to touch the hair. The independance is establishing itself and as it should...Just saying...

She is getting so grown up and so wonderful...I have to pinch myself because she is truly a great , no holds barred terrific sweet girl. She tries very hard, doesn't talk back and works toward peace in our house. Sometimes it makes me wonder where the teen is in her...

Since she turns twelve thursday, we went to get a new "look" for her eyes. Sensory overload to say the least...but quietly she stood and "considered her options". All the choices did not daunt her in the least. She was making sure we did not pick something to make her look like the plastic clown outside the food restaraunt. Got to love her!
